Accidental Redemptions

If you feel you have redeemed your deal in error you will need to contact the Customer Service Team at 1.866.509.7124 or contact us at If the redemption is deemed accidental a one-time account courtesy un-redemption may be granted as long as there is no pre-discounted amount applied. This is done once per account and can not be extended according to the redemption policy. Any future self-redemptions will require the merchant's permission before reversal. 

Should the merchant maintain a hard copy record of the certificates that are redeemed and denies the certificate, we have no recourse—accepting any certificate after the reversal is at the merchant’s discretion.
