If you feel you have redeemed your deal in error you will need to contact the Customer Service Team at 1.866.509.7124 or contact us at contactus@LocalFlavor.com. If the redemption is deemed accidental a one-time account courtesy un-redemption may be granted as long as there is no pre-discounted amount applied. This is done once per account and can not be extended according to the redemption policy. Any future self-redemptions will require the merchant's permission before reversal.
Should the merchant maintain a hard copy record of the certificates that are redeemed and denies the certificate, we have no recourse—accepting any certificate after the reversal is at the merchant’s discretion.
