If you can't find a purchased deal in your account search, we recommend trying all login options before contacting customer service.
Please note that our customer service team can't modify your email subscriptions or change your market for you. However, you can refer to the "Update Email Subscriptions" article for step-by-step instructions on how to do it yourself.
Also, please be aware that resetting passwords is your responsibility. Our customer service agents are no longer allowed to reset passwords.
